1-on-1 Remote Programming

We can help you with all of these things!

Clients receive weekly programs in TrainHeroic. We operate in 6 week cycles (we work with the same movement patterns over the course of the 6 weeks and gradually increase volume and intensity). Every 6th week we have a “deload” (a lower intensity week) before transitioning into a new cycle! Clients receive weekly video feedback on form and movement quality (or more frequently if necessary)

We also offer a package that combines both nutrition coaching and fitness programming! Please indicate you’re interested in both on coaching application below!

How do I receive my workouts?

We program using an app called TrainHeroic. All workouts are updated weekly. 

Do you provide video feedback?

Absolutely. We have you post videos in our 1:1 Facebook group with you so we can be sure that movement quality is optimal- or at least moving in that direction :))

How many days/ week do you program?

Depends on your goals- anywhere from 3- 6 days.

What if I don't have access to a gym?

We’re creative! Don’t hesitate to reach out so we can discuss your goals!
