Strength fundamentals program


Ready to get back to the basics?? Investing time in improving our strength in basic movement patterns will always pay dividends with more complex movements.

This program contains a leg day, push day, pull day, handstand day, and core day- all with modifications and progressions which make it appropriate for the beginner or intermediate athlete.

It is designed so that you can repeat the 5 days of programming over a 6-week period progressing as is appropriate for you.

Video demonstrations of all exercises included along with 7-10 minute video of Tiana and Steph explaining the workout of the day (with modifications and progressions).
