Our personalized nutrition coaching services focus on 3 main areas:
1. Macro nutrient optimization with an emphasis on nutrient dense food choices
2. Recovery and self care practices (including sleep)
3. Language and self talk
We also offer personalized fitness programming. Our style is a thoughtful combination of gymnastic strength training and body building with an emphasis on movement virtuosity. We understand that body awareness is the key to maximizing your movement potential- no matter what your goals are!
We offer 1:1 nutrition coaching and 1:1 fitness programming. We also offer packages where we provide both services- which is truly our favorite way to work with clients!!
